Drawing from the experiences of 18 postgraduate students and 11 supervisors from diverse academic disciplines in Malaysia, the book provides a comprehensive understanding of the transformative journey toward scholarly accomplishment.

Divided into two parts, the book introduces readers to the supervisors' distinct stories in Part 1, followed by the narratives of the supervisees in Part 2. Through engaging storytelling and practical takeaways presented in the form of recipes, readers gain valuable insights into the challenges of graduate studies and the strategies for success and wellbeing.
